Thrilled to receive Zapper

Hi Arthur,

Just wanted to say how thrilled I am to have received the Zappicator and also the Auto Zap 5 Zapper, and have been using it for 2 days.

I was impressed with the simplicity and also the professionalism in your DVD instructions.  How refreshing to see concise as well as intelligent and coherent thinking from someone while instructing.
